The Challenge
A Scattered Team
With 3,000 employees spread across 27 locations, Western Power’s biggest challenge was consistent delivery. They needed a platform capable of giving all their employees access to the same health and wellbeing information 24/7—and with one third of operational staff working flexibly, the platform had to work on the cloud and on any device.
The Opportunity
Instant Integration
Vitality Hub is a leading online wellbeing platform which brought together all Western Power’s health and wellbeing programs in one place—accessible to everyone, anytime, anywhere. With a professional, easy-to-use system and dedicated account managers, Western Power staff were freed up to focus on what matters.
The Outcome
Positive Impact on People
Year on year results through Wellbeing360™ showed the impact of Western Power’s wellbeing program—they’ve seen a reduction of people experiencing depression by 4% and an improvement in people calling in sick by 10% from 2020–21. Western Power’s commitment to health and wellbeing in the workplace has since been recognised with numerous accolades.
“Having MyWellbeingHUB during COVID, has been a lifesaver. It’s kept people connected and supported—no matter where they are.”
