How it works
The program has been designed to affect change on an individual, team and organisational level with different delivery methods being employed to suit the audience:

1. The Individual:
Every individual learns skills and mechanisms relevant for them. Delivered through:
- 1 x 90-min–2-hour workshop
- ‘Program of Good Ideas’ accessed online
- Online or phone coaching
2. The Group:
Managers learn how to be more proactive in identifying and assisting those who are struggling while arming themselves with practical solutions to help their teams become more resilient. Delivered through:
- 1 x half day or 2 x 2-hr training sessions
3. The Organisation:
Your business receives a thorough review of policies and procedures against legislative compliance as well as advice on developing and implementing mental health policies based on international best practice. Delivered through:
- Customised consulting sessions
We’ve also developed a range of materials to support the program’s success, which include:
- The online ‘Good Day Toolbox’ full of Good Idea strategies that outline:
- Why is it a good idea for me
- The science behind the strategy
- ‘Good to know’ lessons
- A 7-day action plan for the idea
- Mini-challenges to access during the program
- Collateral such as printed manuals, flyers, emails, ‘Good Day’ balls and visual reminders like the ‘Good Day’ bucket

How it works
Our qualified professionals coach and educate your team to recognise your body’s warning signs that signal it’s time for a physical and mental reset. Delivered onsite, your team can put theory into action within their own work environment, which increases uptake and memorability while recruiting champions from within your team helps the change become part of the culture.

We understand every workplace is unique, so we use a 4-step approach to understand exactly where we need to focus.
1. Customisation
What you’ll do.
You’ll take part in an onsite organisational review and needs analysis with a dedicated Program Manager. They’ll ask these sort of questions:
- What’s your current accident level?
- What high-risk activities does your team undertake?
- How many team members are at risk of stress?
What happens behind the scenes.
Based on your answers, we build a custom SafeSpine™ SafeMind module, including providing you with promotional posters to build awareness before kick-off.
