Move beyond compliance to a culture of safety commitment
Embed safety into everyday decisions, behaviours and leadership
Create safer, more productive and resilient workplaces
From Compliance to Commitment
What separates high-performing organisations from those that simply meet safety requirements?
Beyond Compliance
Meeting legislative requirements is essential, but compliance alone does not create a safe workplace. Organisations that achieve the best safety outcomes go beyond policies and procedures, embedding safety into everyday decisions, behaviours and business operations.
Building a Safety Culture
A strong safety culture is created when leaders and employees share responsibility for workplace safety. By making safety a core organisational value, businesses can foster greater accountability, engagement and a proactive approach to risk management across every level of the organisation.
Creating Lasting Value
When safety becomes part of how an organisation thinks and operates, it delivers benefits far beyond risk reduction. A commitment-based approach supports employee wellbeing, strengthens operational performance and creates safer, more productive and resilient workplaces.
What We Do
SafetyWorks helps organisations move beyond compliance and build a genuine culture of safety commitment. Through a range of assessment, advisory, coaching and leadership programs, we partner with organisations to strengthen safety performance, reduce risk and create workplaces where safety becomes a shared value. Our services support organisations at every stage of the journey, from protecting value through robust safety systems to creating value through leadership, culture and strategic alignment.

Our Services
SafetyWorks supports organisations at every stage of their safety journey, from establishing strong compliance foundations through to creating a culture where safety becomes a core organisational value. Our services are designed to help organisations protect value, build safety maturity and create long-term organisational success through leadership, culture and strategic alignment.

Key Services
WHS Risk, Systems & Assurance
We help organisations build strong, compliant and effective Work Health and Safety systems. Through risk assessments, system audits and tailored WHS management systems, we identify risks, strengthen compliance and improve safety performance. Our practical approach helps create safer workplaces, support legal obligations and build a culture of continuous improvement.
Leadership Programs
Leadership development programs equip leaders with the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to make safety a core organisational value. By strengthening leadership capability, organisations can improve employee engagement, encourage accountability and drive meaningful improvements in safety performance across every level of the business.
Incident Investigation
Our incident investigations help organisations understand the causes and contributing factors behind workplace incidents and near misses. By identifying root causes rather than assigning blame, we provide practical recommendations that strengthen safety systems, support compliance and reduce the likelihood of future incidents, creating safer and more resilient workplaces.
Psychosocial Risk Assessments
Psychosocial Risk Assessments help organisations identify and manage workplace factors that may impact mental, emotional and social wellbeing. Organisations have a legislative duty to proactively identify psychosocial hazards and manage risks to prevent psychological harm. By addressing these hazards, organisations can strengthen workplace culture, improve employee wellbeing, and enhance productivity and overall organisational performance.
WHS Coaching & Mentoring
Our WHS Coaching & Mentoring programs provide practical guidance and support to help leaders and employees develop stronger safety knowledge, skills and behaviours. Through mentoring and capability building, organisations can improve safety ownership, strengthen leadership effectiveness and embed lasting improvements in workplace safety performance.
