Ergonomic Workplace Assessments use one-on-one assessments and group workshops to promote proactive prevention of musculoskeletal issues at work.
What challenges does it tackle?

Building a workplace culture of ergonomic safety
With fun programs that not only engage your team members, but provide your managers with the tools to be able to implement the findings long after our team have left the building.

Making sure positive ergonomic changes stick
We deliver a full Workspace Report that not only includes the measures taken to minimise and/or manage any conditions we find, but also outlines further follow-up measures that may be required.

Going beyond the desk
We address the wider factors that affect comfort and wellbeing at your workspace such as stretching, work organisation and healthy habits.
How it works

There are three ways to deliver this program:
1. One on One
We'll spend approximately 45-60min with each chosen employee and provide a full report.
As part of this assessment, we systematically go through all aspects of desk set up.
Adjustments will be made on the day and we'll provide and teach tailored desk stretches relevant to any injuries or concerns.
Our report will include the implemented adjustments as well as any further recommendations for best results.
2. Mini One on One
We spend 15 mins with each employee revising their desk set up and analysing any required changes.
We will make any required adjustments on day and we'll provide a summary report on all employees seen and recommended equipment.
We highly recommend pairing this service with a follow up at a later date to ensure the equipment set up is correct (once installed by your organisation).
3. Group Sessions
A one to two hours training session to go through examples of desk setups, review the most recommended exercises for office workers, and review ergonomic threats to watch out for (for example potential injuries from poor set up).
This is an informative session and doesn't include desk adjustments or individual employees set up recommendations.

How it works
Our qualified professionals coach and educate your team to recognise your body’s warning signs that signal it’s time for a physical and mental reset. Delivered onsite, your team can put theory into action within their own work environment, which increases uptake and memorability while recruiting champions from within your team helps the change become part of the culture.

We understand every workplace is unique, so we use a 4-step approach to understand exactly where we need to focus.
1. Customisation
What you’ll do.
You’ll take part in an onsite organisational review and needs analysis with a dedicated Program Manager. They’ll ask these sort of questions:
- What’s your current accident level?
- What high-risk activities does your team undertake?
- How many team members are at risk of stress?
What happens behind the scenes.
Based on your answers, we build a custom SafeSpine™ SafeMind module, including providing you with promotional posters to build awareness before kick-off.
