What challenges does it tackle?
Our Wellbeing360™ assessment analyses whole-of-person health to give you an indication of where your organisation is leading or lagging in the 4 key quadrants of Mental wellbeing, Physical wellbeing, Social wellbeing and Work wellbeing.
As part of the report, you’ll receive:

- An amalgamated number that’s grounded on clinical evidence and internationally recognised measures and robust enough to report against

The Employee Journey
Your team are invited to complete the 15 to 20 minute Online Health Assessment via email marketing and other promotions.
- They’ll instantly receive their results, including their overall health score out of 100
- They’ll receive personalised and targeted information to help them improve in areas highlighted by the report
- They’ll be given access to our comprehensive library and resources to explore topics that interest them
The Employer Journey
After your team has completed their Online Health Assessments, we collate the aggregate data to make recommendations that your organisation can act on.
- A comprehensive report is provided to inform your wellness strategy and give insights into engagement and productivity opportunities
- The report includes benchmarking and wellbeing recommendations
- The report helps you calculate your ROI
